Do I need to be technical?
“I'm not technical enough” is the most common reason people hesitate. It shouldn't be. You won't build anything, install anything or open a terminal. You'll open a window and type.
What you'll actually do
-
Turn it on
It starts like any computer.
-
Open the chat window
It looks and works like the AI apps you've already used.
-
Type
Ask questions, paste in text, add documents. That's it.
What's handled for you
- Choosing parts. Specified around your work and budget, and quoted before anything is ordered.
- Building and testing. Assembled and configured by hand, and tested before it leaves.
- Installing. Delivered and set up at your desk — and we don't leave until you've used it.
- Guides. Plain-language guides installed on the machine itself: what it does, how to ask it things, and what to do if something looks wrong.
When something goes wrong
A text reaches a person. Every part carries its manufacturer warranty, and we handle the claim rather than handing you a phone number. Repairs and upgrades are house calls — no shipping boxes, no support queue.
What you'll never have to do
Install drivers. Edit a config file. Download a model by hand. Watch a tutorial at 11pm. If you'd rather never see a terminal, you never will.
